When i opened the desktop short cut called pictures it took me to the file pictures on my computer so this worked well.	It worked well so i did not need any actions for this.
4.       the correct device drivers are installed. I will plug in a keyboard and mouse.	It should allow me to use the correct external devices for the drivers.	I was able to use the device.	No action was needed.
5.       the correct paper sizes are set for printing. I will print out an A4 size document.	I expect to print an A4 sheet of paper.	It printed an A4 sheet.	No action was required.
6.       menu options work as intended. I will open the start menu and open a program from there.	I should be able to open any program from the start menu without fault or error.	No issues occurred and i was able to open any program from the menu.	No issues occurred so no action was needed
